6 Plus 2

6 plus 2 can change your life! Eat 6 small (fist size) meals a day. Even amounts of protein and carbs in the morning. You can go a little heavier on carbs mid day. Your "WHY" is Important!

Have you started making those changes you said you were going to make at the first of the year? Why not? if you got started, have you kept going? Why was it important for you to say you were going to change? There must have been good reasons....right. If you are having trouble, revisit your why. Each of us needs positive change in our lives. It's important for our growth as humans....physically, spiritually, and financially!

Resolutions for Change????

People say they want to change, but without accountability, they seldom do! If we want change in our lives, we must have accountability. We need to keep a daily written record of of our efforts (an acountability checklist)and we need a person (or group) who we trust that will act as our accountability partner.

Intake Often

Our Fitness levels depend on healthy intake of energy. Studies have shown it is most beneficial for our bodies when we intake light amounts of calories 6 or 7 times a day - NOT three meals a day. Smaller portions... more frequency! The same goes for our spirit! Intake spiritual bites throughout the day to stay focused on what your Creator has in store for you.
