I am a coach and I have been involved with athletics as long as i can remember. My life's schedule revolves around athletic seasons. My favorite is football season and it's that time of year. Football season brings a BIG change in my time management. So... it also brings about a change in my workout schedule. I have to plan my workouts around all the other time commitments that football season forces upon me.
Most of your schedules have changing seasons as well. The start of school causes most of us to rearrange some things. A significant change in the weather pattern (not that we get that in Texas much!) will cause my exertions to change as well. How about you? Changes in kids schedules, work schedules, and many other things can cause us to manipulate our workouts. The key is to change and manipulate our workouts - NOT QUIT them!
Seasons change. Seasons come and go. Don't let your workouts go away. Just let them change a little, and stay with it. Your body will thank you later.
