Our Fitness levels depend on healthy intake of energy. Studies have shown it is most beneficial for our bodies when we intake light amounts of calories 6 or 7 times a day - NOT three meals a day. Smaller portions... more frequency! The same goes for our spirit! Intake spiritual bites throughout the day to stay focused on what your Creator has in store for you.
