God's Word tells us that the Fruits of the Spirit are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control. In evaluation of our own personal level of Spiritual Fitness, it seems like checking our level of fruit would be a good place to start. So....You Got Fruit?

The first part of Romans Chapter 12 tells us that; In view of God's great mercy, we should offer our bodies as Living Sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God. How would you treat your body differently if you daily offered it as a Living Sacrifice? ......something to think about...

Check this out!
God's Word says; Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you?
1 Corinthians 6:19
How are you treating the temple of God's Spirit? You might want to think about that one for a while.

It's interesting to watch and listen to people at the start of the new year. There's an excitement about a new start; a new opportunity to accomplish new things. There is a feeling of being able to let go of last year's failures and short comings. Smiles are on faces and anticipation is heard in voices.
The truth is that New Year's Day is just a date on the calandar. The feelings of opportunity ahead and failure left behind are just feelings based on perception, not reality. We DECIDE…

Did you know that everyday we are literally in the process of remaking ourselves? It's true. Almost every group of cells in our bodies is replaced by new cells over time! Some, like blood cells, are totally replaced in about 120 days. Other groups of cells take a little longer, and some groups, take as long as 10 years to be completely replaced.
Take a minute to contemplate what you just read.................
What you are doing today, related to your body, will be directly…

"Change your habits, change your life!" It's true!
We can literally change our lives, one habit at a time!
Habits are basically things we do again and again; maybe daily, maybe hourly, maybe each week. Some are great for us, some not so good.
Make a short list of what you would consider your good physical and spiritual habits.
Now, make a list of those not so good…

Check out Paul's Blog to the people of Corinth:
Don't you know that you are God's Temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?
God's Temple is sacred and you are that Temple.
Don't you know that your bodies are members of Christ Himself?
Don't you know that your body is the Temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from Christ?
You are not your own; you were bought with a price. Therefore, honor God with your body.
Everyone who…

It's hard to aim when you don't have a target. That seems like a simple truth, but it amazes me how many people don't really have realistic, attainable goals for which they are striving.
It's like a deer hunter sitting in a duck blind with a quail dog and a fishing pole on the 4th of July.......... EXACTLY! It doesn't add up!
Purpose is key to living Inspired & Energized!

Are you serious about improving your fitness? A ledger is a tool that helps you see, on paper, the debits and credits you make to your level of fitness. It gives you a little acountabilty. It helps you SEE what is really going on in your life. Sometimes what we think is happening, and what is really happening, are two different things!!
When i was younger, a financial planner had me write down all I spent for a month. I saw, on paper, that I was spending $800 a month…

So....You heard of a church that's loaded with people every Sunday and you decide to visit. Yep, there are a lot of people at the church, but you notice the building is in dire need of upkeep and repair! Grass and weeds have taken over the outside. The building needs paint and a new roof. You even see a couple of broken windows. The parking lot is full of holes. You walk in and people are sitting in filth! The carpet is nasty and there is trash on the floor, but all the people are acting…
