Are you serious about improving your fitness?  A ledger is a tool that helps you see, on paper, the debits and credits you make to your level of fitness. It gives you a little acountabilty. It helps you SEE what is really going on in your life. Sometimes what we think is happening, and what is really happening, are two different things!!

When i was younger, a financial planner had me write down all I spent for a month. I saw, on paper, that I was spending $800 a month on miscellaneous things I didn't even need!! That experience helped me change my financial future!

Physical Fitness: Write down everything you eat and the time you spend exerting yourself, as well as, how you are exerting yourself.

Financial Fitness: Write down everything you spend and all money you have coming in.

Spiritual Fitness: Write down every minute of time you spend in God's Word, in prayer, in worship, and write down anything you percieve as time spent helping, or showing love, to God's people.

Are you really serious about making changes? This only takes a couple of minutes each day and is a great way to start!
