6 plus 2 can change your life! Eat 6 small (fist size) meals a day. Even amounts of protein and carbs in the morning. You can go a little heavier on carbs mid day. Then, more protein than carbs in the evening. Get 2 seperate short workouts of at least 15 minutes each day. They don't have to be super intense, but they do need to work up a little bit of a sweat. Sounds simple Doesn't it?!? It is...You just need to be consistant! You will see and feel a difference by the end of the first week!
