When I coach sprinters, we spend a great deal of time working on starts. Those first few steps out of the blocks can make all the difference in the race! The same goes for your daily sprint! 6 plus 2 can change your life! Eat 6 small (fist size) meals a day. Even amounts of protein and carbs in the morning. You can go a little heavier on carbs mid day.
