Are you serious about improving your fitness?  A ledger is a tool that helps you see, on paper, the debits and credits you make to your level of fitness. It gives you a little acountabilty. It helps you SEE what is really going on in your life. Sometimes what we think is happening, and what is really happening, are two different things!!
